WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE OUT OF?

Our frames are made of the highest quality cellulose acetate and stainless steel. They are manufactured in small independent artisanal laboratories in Italy, in the Cadore district, with an important historical tradition in eyewear manufacturing. Our factories produce eyewear for many international, high-end brands.

 

CAN I ORDER FRAMES WITHOUT LENSES?

Absolutely, if you would prefer to have your optometrist fulfill your prescription, simply select 'non prescription lenses/ non RX' during checkout.

 

MY FRAMES DON'T FIT PERFECTLY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your frames don’t fit properly or you have any other concerns please send us an email ASAP in order to have a quick help by us. If this is not convenient, please send us an email and we will arrange for a return or advise on options to ensure you get the perfect fit!

 

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR LENSES?

Our lenses are 1.50 index multicoat, anti-reflective and scratch resistant. The lenses are provided by an Italian company based in Milan and fit in their factory. Our suppliers provide lenses for optometrists throughout Italy.

 

CAN I GET HIGH-INDEX LENSES?

Yes you can! For strong prescriptions, we recommend you to use high-index lenses so that they are not too thick. In some cases high-index lenses are required. We provide up to 1.67 index lenses at an additional charge of € 40.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ASTIGMATISM?

No problem. Many of our customers have astigmatism, and it is not a problem for us to fill these orders.

 

DO YOU OFFER MULTIFOCAL, BIFOCAL OR TRIFOCAL LENSES?

Not at this stage. These lenses require very accurate measurement of the height of your pupils. Your eyes are always our first concern, and we recommend that these types of lenses should be done by your local optometrist.

 

WHAT PRESCRIPTIONS DO YOU COVER?

Currently, we support sphere power between -6 and +4, and cylinder between -2 and +2.

 

WHY DO YOU NEED A COPY OF MY PRESCRIPTION?

To ensure our optical technicians fulfill your prescription correctly, we require a physical copy of it.

 

HOW DO I GET MY PRESCRIPTION?

Simply visit your local optometrist to get your eyes tested. Then, simply send us an email the optometrist’s details and we will request a copy on your behalf.

 

WHAT IS MY PUPILLARY DISTANCE (PD)?

Pupillary Distance (PD) is the distance between the center of both pupils in millimeters. The PD is required by our optical technicians to fill your prescription.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns anytime in the first 14 days, and will provide a full refund. All we require is for you to send them back to us. If you have any issues with the frames, lenses or any other part of our product, please call us or send an email and we will do our best to sort it out straight away

 

WHEN WILL MY GLASSES ARRIVE?

We aim to ship your glasses within 5-6 days of your order, and they usually take another day or two to arrive. Please allow for 6-8 working days in total. Many other stores have a waiting period of 5-10 days to get your lenses fit, and then require you to return to the store to pick them up. We have worked hard to reduce the time as much as possible and ensure you to get your glasses soon after you order them.

 

WHY ARE THE GLASSES SO CHEAP? AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

We are very proud of our frames and lenses, the only reason they cost less is because we use a new model to eliminate the unnecessary parts of the supply chain. There is no reason glasses should cost more than an iPad simply because they have a small brand name on the temple.
